Law order enforcement drugs chaos guns and language

I’ll try to write this post in English. I and you know the problem of the language frontier and will check how to run.
About the topic, if you live in the first world maybe you think guns kill people. That is true, but must ther are forbidden? drugs can kill people but must there are forbidden? if I suicide then I am killing myself?
The second paragraph is very quiet and simply, that 3 topic are very controverial and have been discussed during a long time, the main idea is if that can kill, must be forbidden. Very logic! but there are more things that can kill like knife, stones, cars, windows in high buildings, etc. Why are this things legal? Actually because are needed, like the firsts what currently are legal someways. What things are prohibited also anyway like religion, ethic facts, art…
What happen if that are legal without bad connotations? maybe the chaos or Apocalypse!! IT SOUNDS COOL!! No, really the civilization will lose power and humans will win it. Apocalypse will not happen but there would be changes, the authority would be less strong in low layers by the a mini-chaotic system where would live people. Later in the up layers a trans-capitalist economic system without enemies would manage the entire world like the brain of the shapeless body by the useful of information systems. BUT THIS WON’T HAPPEN. An example is Africa, there aren’t laws, just guns. and remember JAPAN TOOK 40 YEARS(1949-1989) TO REACH THE 2º ECONOMIC SUPERPOTENCY POSITION.(SLEEVE EMPIRES ARE COOL!!)
So…I think this post is ok, more than I expected, I thought it would be more hard but I am thinking about that, and the answer about the language problem… I don’t know it, in fact I don’t know the question or why I think that…

I wrote it without problems but obviusly but the problem is the different from you have understooden and I mean and it’s impossible know if you are understandng me exactly what I have mean. So, in fact, there are two different problems, first one is translating from my mind to my mouth, and the second one is translate it from your ears to your brain.
The communication is too hard… Although I have tought the non-verbal communcation is the way to solve a lot of problems but unfortunely if this it is a written document I can not save my handsmove for example my smile or whatever corporal sign.
